The Special Cleaning and Disposal team takes on numerous important tasks at Limmattal Hospital and is in daily contact with many different departments. This offers you a varied and diverse field of work with exciting interfaces throughout the entire hospital operation. We are looking for a committed individual who enjoys taking responsibility, actively participates, and helps shape the future of our housekeeping service. With your commitment, ideas, and operational understanding, you make an important contribution to the further development of our department.
This is where you get involved
- Active participation in the team (special cleaning, disposal, relocations, setting up meeting rooms, etc.)
- Ensuring a smooth, efficient, and high-quality daily operation
- Accompanying and coordinating external companies
- Ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards
- Supporting the induction and mentoring of new employees
- Active involvement in the continuous optimisation of processes and workflows
- Regular weekend shifts
You
- Completed vocational training in building cleaning or housekeeping
- Several years of professional experience in cleaning
- Leadership experience (advantageous)
- Ability to plan, organise, and prioritise work assignments
- Ability to analyse problems and develop practical solutions
- User knowledge of common IT programmes (Excel and Word)
- German language skills in spoken and written form (mandatory)
