ZurichYour Tasks
- You will open up external follow-up solutions (e.g. integration pre-apprenticeship, apprenticeship, educational programme, work assignments of AOZ integration programmes, etc.) for young adults in both the education and labour market.
- You support and advise clients in developing realistic career goals, in the career orientation process, and in developing the necessary educational and social skills.
- You coach clients during their training.
- You will manage client files in the area of integration coaching. In addition, you coordinate the flow of information and communication with social advisors and other internal and external AOZ partners (schools, employers, etc.).
- You are responsible for contributing to the design and further development of team and client projects.
Your Profile
- Bachelor FH or university degree, preferably in the social field
- Experience in job coaching and career orientation, knowledge of the Swiss asylum system (advantageous)
- Very good German skills (at least level C), additional language skills are an advantage
- Enjoy working with young people from diverse cultural backgrounds,
- Professional handling of proximity/distance, conflict resolution skills, assertiveness
- Willingness to work irregular hours including fringe times (no night shifts)

Your Salary
Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 90,000 and 115,000 Swiss francs per year.
The exact salary depends on your education and professional experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary according to our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may be classified below the salary range in individual cases. Additionally, AOZ pays allowances for work at night and on Sundays. Further salary development depends on your performance and AOZ's financial possibilities.
