Nursery Manager

Do you have a green thumb, are passionate about the plant world, and enjoy customer interaction? We are looking for our client, a well-known tree and garden merchant in the region, their future Nursery Manager.

Your responsibilities:

• Advice & Sales: You welcome, advise customers and share your expertise on trees and plants.

• IT Management: You create and manage the labelling of plants and products using IT tools.

• Maintenance & Monitoring: You ensure the health, watering, and overall layout of the nursery/garden centre.

• Time Organisation: You work on Saturdays and benefit from a fixed day off during the week.

• Training: You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a nurseryman/horticulturist (or have equivalent substantial experience in the field).

• IT Skills: You are comfortable with IT tools for label creation and monitoring.

• Physical Condition: You are physically fit, resilient, and ready to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

• Interpersonal Skills: You enjoy sales, human contact, and demonstrate autonomy and rigour.
