- Participation in the direct care and support of patients in the surgical clinics (visceral surgery, orthopaedics, traumatology, urology, gynaecology) - this corresponds to about half of the working time.
- Support and accompaniment of nursing professionals and nursing teams in complex patient situations.
- Participation in and independent conduct of further training
- Evidence-based development and updating of nursing concepts and action guidelines.
- Further development and support in the implementation of the nursing process
- Collaboration and contribution of nursing expertise and other expertise to the nursing development and interdisciplinary care team
· have a qualification as a registered nurse HF/FH
· have at least 2 years of professional experience in a Swiss acute hospital, mainly on a surgical, orthopaedic, traumatology or urology ward.
· hold a Master’s degree in Nursing Science (MScN) or are currently pursuing a Master’s degree
· are willing and happy to work in an interdisciplinary manner and as part of a small dynamic nursing development team responsible for the entire Limmattal hospital
· are an open, flexible, pragmatic and solution-oriented personality
