Following an internal transfer, we are looking to complete our team of four Individual Customer Advisors at our Milvignes advisory center in Colombier, a
Individual Customer Advisor
Your missions
- Manage, retain, and develop a portfolio of mortgage and investment clients
- Advise clients comprehensively and needs-oriented in basic services such as mortgages, investments, savings, and pension plans
- Ensure follow-up of files (renewal, CRM reporting, basic documentation, etc.)
- Negotiate and argue financial conditions
- Maintain contact by organizing regular appointments with clients
- Provide information on banking services in general and promote the offers provided by the bank
Your profile
- Commercial training completed with a higher diploma (bank economist, IAF or HEG), completed or in progress
- At least 2 years of experience in client advisory, acquired in Switzerland
- Strong interest in finance
- Knowledge of the local market
- Native French speaker, ideally fluent in English and/or German at B2 level

- Excellent interpersonal skills, developed commercial sense, and real understanding of client needs
- Sense of responsibility and initiative
- Ability to work in a team, open-minded, with good listening skills
- Good ability to present and represent the bank
