Mission :

• Actively participate in the development and monitoring of customer relations
• Prepare offers, complementary offers and necessary amendments
• Identify and select efficient suppliers, in close collaboration with the purchasing department
• Organise, coordinate and ensure overall monitoring of services, from the planning phase to invoicing
• Provide technical support to branches during the introduction of new products or new technologies

Profile :

• Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as an electrician installer, ideally complemented by a Federal VET Diploma as an electrical planner or a site manager certificate
• Very good knowledge of Winprogitel and the Microsoft Office suite
• Knowledge of the ERP OfficeManager is an asset
• Proven experience in a similar position is desired
• Analytical mind, organisational skills, autonomy and interpersonal ease
• Native French speaker; knowledge of another language is an asset
