Project Manager (SME Construction), Facility Services
Your tasks:
- Responsibility for the overall coordination of construction projects in the Facility Services department in the area of building maintenance
- Collaboration with specialist departments such as Engineering, Production, and Maintenance
- Maintenance work - Construction project manager / site manager / specialist
- Ensuring construction site safety
- Responsibility for the correct documentation of your responsibilities
- Preparation of documents for building permits
Your profile:
- Technical basic training (site manager, draftsman, or comparable)
- Experience in project management
- Further training in construction is an advantage
- Professional experience in a pharmaceutical environment is desirable
- High safety awareness, analytical thinking, high accuracy, and an independent and structured way of working
- IT affinity
- Teamwork skills, resilience, and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Very good German skills, English skills are a plus
