Are you looking for a varied role where you can truly make a difference to people? Do you want to work independently and get to know two different areas of care? Then you are exactly right with us.
At the Centre in the Town, a nursing team works in the home and a separate nursing team in
the home care. As a Care Specialist Nursing Home & Home Care, you work in both areas –
alternately with our residents in the centre and with our clients
at home.
Your tasks
- Professional and individual care and support of residents and clients.
- Implementation of nursing and medical measures according to the area of competence
- Close cooperation with relatives, doctors, therapists and other professionals
- You work in the home and in home care each time with the responsible nursing team.
What you bring
- Training as FaGe EFZ or nursing specialist HF/FH
- Enjoyment in contact with people and varied care
- Independent, reliable and responsible way of working
- Empathy and a respectful approach
- Good German language skills and IT user knowledge
- Driving licence category B
