Main tasks
- Development and implementation of solutions in the core applications in the Microsoft environment
- Design and provision of interface solutions to the core applications
- Analysis, evaluation, and implementation of requirements from various stakeholders
- Ensuring software quality through automated tests and code reviews
- Providing technical expertise for requirements engineering, business analysis, and project teams
- Managing the development team of the IT service provider in collaboration with the lead developer
Profile
- University degree in computer science, business informatics, or equivalent education and training
- At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM or in custom development with C# / .NET
- Practical experience in frontend development with JavaScript / TypeScript as well as solid knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Knowledge in development on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Microsoft Power Platform is an advantage
- Strong sense of responsibility, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Confident demeanor and good communication skills with stakeholders, suppliers, and end users
- Very good German skills (C2) and good English skills (B2–C1), French skills are an advantage
