Responsibility for defined product groups and their strategic development
Development and implementation of long-term procurement and purchasing strategies
Building, evaluating and continuously developing a high-performance supplier network
Independent management of price, contract and condition negotiations in the international procurement market
Initiation and implementation of cost optimisation projects to sustainably increase profitability
Ensuring compliance with compliance and sustainability standards within purchasing
Close cooperation with engineering, production, quality as well as other national and international locations
Supporting operational purchasing in day-to-day business as needed
Qualifications:
Completed technical apprenticeship, supplemented by further training in purchasing, supply chain management or a comparable field
Several years of professional experience in strategic purchasing with responsibility for product groups
Strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking and a structured working method
Confident handling of SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft 365 and modern AI-supported applications
Very good German skills as well as good English skills
