In the Civil Engineering + Landscape department, Maintenance area, we are looking for you as a Specialist in Operational Maintenance (m/f/d) 100% following retirement as of 1 February 2027 or by arrangement.

Your tasks
- Manual and machine cleaning of roads, paths and squares
- Emptying waste and dog waste bins in the city area
- Assisting with maintenance and repairs of roads, paths, curbs and squares
- Support in the maintenance and care of perennial flower beds, wild hedges, seasonal flower beds and roadside greenery
- Organisation and assistance with services for third parties (signalling, festival activities)
- Willingness to work outside normal working hours.
- Providing on-call service in winter (November – March)
- Operating, maintaining and caring for vehicles, machines, equipment and tools
Your profile
- Completed vocational training as a Specialist in Operational Maintenance or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience with manual skills
- Experience in handling and maintaining vehicles, machines and equipment
- Driving licence category B, with trailer test category BE
- Independent and reliable working as well as service-oriented appearance
- Team player with good manners
- Very good German in spoken and written form
