About the job
Look forward to exciting tasks:
- Develop, review, test, and implement the use of AI solutions, for example, to predict network disruptions.
- Drive digitization projects in network operations and disturbance management as well as automate monitoring processes.
- Ensure energy supply in the Basel-Stadt canton service area, monitor the network, and support in case of disruptions.
- Conduct network analyses and network calculations and ensure the ongoing optimization of processes in the network control center.
- Promote close collaboration with other departments (IT, Asset Management, Engineering, etc.) and support employees through change with training and education measures.
This is how you make us even better:
- You bring experience as an operations engineer and are knowledgeable about the power grid.
- Completed university degree in the electrical engineering field, supplemented with IT training.
- You have already successfully implemented or been heavily involved in digitization projects.
- Your affinity for various tools and AI is high – ideally, you have initial experience with programming languages and are well versed in SAP.
- Cross-departmental and proactive collaboration? You feel comfortable with that and bring your own and others' interests together.
