• You have completed training or further education in the HR field and have several years of experience as an HR Business Partner
• You are strong in communication, enjoy working with people, and are a team player
• You have very good German skills as well as very good French or Italian skills; English skills are an advantage
• Commitment, reliability, and a quick grasp characterise you
• You are confident in using common IT programmes and ideally have knowledge of Workday and SAP HCM
