Due to internal development, we are looking for a Team Leader Process Engineering 100% (m/f/d) for our production department
Your Tasks
- Technical and disciplinary leadership of employees in shift work and apprentices as machine operators EFZ and plastics technologists EFZ (team size +15 people)
- Coordination and planning of assigned personnel in consultation with the production planner
- Monitoring product quality and ensuring compliance with all quality and deadline requirements
- Optimising existing workflows and processes (experience in Lean / Kaizen is an advantage)
- Coordinating troubleshooting in close cooperation with the specialist departments
- Participation in projects for the further development of production
- Deputising for the production manager
Your Profile
- Completed further training, for example industrial foreman, process technician HF or comparable education
- Several years of experience in the manufacturing industry, ideally in plastics processing / process engineering
- Proven leadership skills and organisational talent
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Independent, committed and team-oriented personality
- Joy and enthusiasm in leading, challenging, motivating and supporting your team
