For our client, an internationally successful Swiss industrial group with several subsidiaries at home and abroad, we are seeking a committed individual for a versatile role as Senior Controller. As part of the strategic development of the finance department, group-wide controlling is being further strengthened. You will take on a central role in financial management, create transparency for senior management, and support the company with well-founded analyses and decision-making bases. For this demanding and varied task, we are looking for an analytically strong, communicative personality with entrepreneurial thinking and a joy in actively shaping things.
Your tasks with the new employer:
- Responsibility for group-wide controlling as well as the further development of structures, processes, and reporting tools with a focus on sustainable efficiency improvement
- Preparation and interpretation of financial data to create clear decision-making bases for senior management and the board of directors
- Management of budget and forecast processes across several companies as well as the creation of scenario analyses for strategic issues
- Active role as a sparring partner for the CFO and senior management through well-founded analyses, critical questioning, and bringing in your own experience

You offer your new employer:
- Solid training in finance, controlling, or business administration as well as several years of experience in controlling within an industrial or manufacturing company
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to prepare complex matters understandably and translate them into concrete recommendations for action
- Strong communication skills, initiative, and enjoyment in exchanging ideas with various stakeholders at different hierarchical levels
- Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP R/3, as well as a keen interest in digitalisation and the optimisation of existing processes and reporting solutions
