Training Supervisor FaGe (m/f/d) 50%
Your tasks
- Co-responsibility for the organisation and coordination of the training for Health Specialist (FaGe)
- Participation in the selection of apprentices
- Continuous professional support and advice for apprentices
- Planning, implementation and evaluation of area-specific teaching
- Coaching and further training of trainers
- Co-design of the company training concept
- Participation in internal and external information events
- Ongoing engagement with professional and pedagogical topics
- Collaboration in projects and working groups
Your profile
- Qualified nurse FH or HF
- Professional experience in the psychiatric field
- Further training in vocational pedagogy, or willingness to undertake such training
- Experience in supporting trainees
- Flair for teaching and advising
- High empathy and assertiveness
- Independent, responsible work organisation
- Team and cooperation skills
- Confident handling of common IT programmes
