In our postnatal ward, you will lead a motivated team, support new families during a formative phase of life, and actively shape the further development of the ward. With around 800 births per year, we are one of the most important maternity clinics in the region.
We are looking for you as a committed, responsible deputy ward manager in a stable team to actively develop the birthing environment together with the delivery suite. In addition to postnatal mothers, you will also care for surgical patients.

YOUR TASKS
- You support the ward manager in professional, personnel and organisational matters
- You take responsibility in the absence of the ward manager
- You are present in everyday nursing, support your team professionally and accompany employees as well as trainees
- You identify development and optimisation potential and actively contribute your ideas to projects and processes
- You help shape the future of nursing, also in close collaboration with the delivery suite
YOUR PROFILE
- You are a qualified nurse HF/FH (DNII, AKP) with several years of experience in postnatal care
- You have leadership training or are willing to undertake it
- You work in a structured way, think holistically and bring business understanding
- You are resilient, responsible and strong in communication
- With your appreciative manner, you succeed in leading and inspiring employees, patients and doctors on an equal footing
