YOUR TASKS
- Management of the anaesthesia nursing team with direct leadership and promotion of around 30 employees at the St. Gallen site
- Economic management of the department as well as qualification-appropriate personnel deployment planning
- Ensuring interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration in the operating theatre as well as related interfaces
- Co-responsibility for the development and control of the required safety and quality standards
- Co-responsibility in the training of Dipl. Experts in Anaesthesia Nursing NDS HF
- Work as a specialist in anaesthesia nursing in the customer-oriented professional care of our patients
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed training as a Dipl. Expert in Anaesthesia Nursing NDS HF with several years of professional and leadership experience
- Management training, preferably CAS Leadership level, or willingness to complete this
- Hands-on mentality with the willingness to embrace changes and carry them together with the team
- You are an independent, resilient and responsible personality with high professional and social competence
- Strong organisational and communication skills, good assertiveness as well as proficient in MS Office and clinical information systems
