Also for the 4th quarter of 2026, CarePeople AG will expand the new teams of the CarePeople-Crew for assignments in the city of Thun. These specialised CarePeople-Crews work in close collaboration with our individual clients (contractual cooperation) and are specifically recruited for client assignments. Areas of deployment depending on qualification in the following teams: Crew Acute Care Department Medicine and Surgery.
The employees of the CarePeople-Crews are employed with a lucrative fixed monthly salary (including additional days off), based on the cantonal annual working hours. We are happy to advise you personally on these individual workload models according to annual working hours (permanent employment relationship). However, employment in the normal temporary employment relationship according to the GAV personnel leasing is also possible.

Requirements Profile
- You have completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF/FH and have at least two years of professional experience in acute care, preferably in the field of medicine and surgery.
- You possess very good expertise and demonstrate a confident way of working.
- With your quick grasp, you can competently support a team within a very short time and create added value for the internal teams. Recurring assignments and team membership at the deployment site is the goal.
- Due to your open and uncomplicated nature, you can quickly integrate into a new team.
- You are flexible and open to committing yourself as an employee of the CarePeople-Crew in defined areas of deployment to quality standards and service delivery.
For this varied employment, you bring at least two years of professional experience in the mentioned specialist areas of the 2026 team build-up and are motivated to engage with the client through qualitative service delivery. A quick grasp and mutual flexibility are prerequisites.

Tasks
- You are part of CarePeople AG and will be deployed according to your individual deployment plans and profile discussions with our clients.
- You support the respective internal teams in the assigned specialist areas in defined, time-limited but recurring workload assignments.
- Independent management of patient groups, supervision of students and trainees, as well as partial assumption of daily responsibility.
The cooperation with the clients and CarePeople AG is regularly discussed with you, and further additional options in employment relationships, individual work-life models, and extended areas of responsibility are possible by arrangement.
