Tasks

Skills
- Commercial diploma or training as a medical secretary required.
- Proficiency in German; French and Italian skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with SAP and clinical dashboards is advantageous.

What you can achieve
- Organisation of the outpatient clinic
- Patient reception and admission including master data maintenance
- Telephone, written and personal contact with patients, doctors, referrers and other internal and external stakeholders (hub function)
- Completion of all administration
- Service-oriented counter and telephone service
What you bring with you
- Commercial qualification or training as a medical secretary
- Knowledge of the healthcare sector is an advantage or training
- Good German skills, good spoken French and Italian skills are an advantage
- Strong discretion and service orientation
- Good user knowledge of SAP, Termdispo, clinical dashboard and Ismed is an advantage
