Your Tasks
Designing – Creating flower bouquets, table and room decorations as well as creative arrangements
Inspiring – Contributing to the conception and implementation of seasonal decoration ideas, e.g. for Christmas or Easter
Advising – Personal conversations with guests to select their event decoration as well as consulting and sales in the boutique "Grande Fleur"
Collaborating – Close coordination with our Meetings & Events department
Organizing – Purchasing and ordering flowers and decorations as well as billing and internal recharging
Your Profile
Education – Completed apprenticeship as a florist EFZ
Experience – Professional experience is an advantage
Personality – Creative, meticulous, and with a lot of love for detail
Willingness to work – Flexibility in scheduling (also on holidays and weekends)
Team spirit – Reliability and joy in collaborative design
Language skills – Fluent in German, good English skills
