System Engineer in Field Service / Customer Advisor, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You will support customers in Eastern Switzerland in the area of networking and all IT matters
• You will be supported by a young and dynamic team
• Customers are supported by phone or on site; you plan assignments in Eastern Switzerland independently or as a team
• Together with the sales department, you prepare quotations and manage sales projects
• There is also the opportunity to get to know the consulting area
• The workload can be between 80 and 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have completed training as an IT specialist, system engineer, system technician or have professional experience in a corresponding environment (m/f/d)
• In addition, you bring expertise in the areas of Windows Server, Microsoft, Windows, backup and storage infrastructures as well as firewall
• Possession of a category B driving licence is important
• German as a native language and good English skills are important for this role
• Do you also consider yourself a customer-oriented, well-presented and quick-witted professional?
