Workshop Manager Timber Construction 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Leadership responsibility: You lead a workshop team of 10, foster motivation and develop employees through targeted coaching.

• Central coordination: You organise and manage the daily workflows in the workshop and ensure smooth operations.

• Quality and process management: You ensure compliance with our quality and safety standards and drive continuous improvements.

• Technical support: You are the contact person for technical challenges and support your team with your know-how in finding solutions.

What do I need to be successful?

• Foundation: You have completed training as a carpenter EFZ and bring solid experience in window construction.

• Technical understanding: Ideally, you have already worked with AVOR and ERP systems or are motivated to acquire this know-how.

• Leadership skills: You have already gained initial experience in team leadership and know how to inspire people.

• Hands-on mentality: You get stuck in, think in solutions rather than problems, work in a structured way and like to take responsibility.
