What is my role?

As a Technical Caretaker, you are responsible for the maintenance and care of our properties. You take care of minor repairs, carry out inspection rounds, and ensure that everything runs smoothly. Your tasks include:

• Carrying out maintenance and repair work on buildings and technical systems

• Minor repairs in the areas of plumbing, electrical and heating

• Maintenance of outdoor areas and green spaces

• Checking building technology and troubleshooting ?

• Coordinating external craftsmen and service providers

• Winter services and general cleaning tasks ?

• Contact person for tenants regarding technical concerns

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed vocational training or training as a maintenance specialist

• Practical experience in building technology and caretaking ?

• Manual skills and technical understanding

• Independent and reliable working style ?

• Flexibility and willingness for occasional emergency deployments

• Driving licence category B

• Friendly manner and service orientation

• German language skills in spoken and written form ?
