You have been working in a hospital for several years and want to continue providing versatile care for children and adolescents – but at the same time have more influence and organise your professional daily routine more predictably?

In this position, you combine an independent outpatient clinic with medical management responsibility and flexible scheduling.

Your responsibilities:

• Medical management of the site and professional contact person for the team
• Independent outpatient care of newborns, children and adolescents
• Preventive care, vaccinations, treatment of acute illnesses and paediatric emergencies
• Co-design of medical standards, quality and processes
• Opportunity to contribute your own professional focus areas
• Participation in the regional emergency service according to cantonal requirements

Your skills:

• Recognised specialist title in paediatrics or equivalent recognition for Switzerland
• Several years of experience in primary paediatric care
• Interest in medical leadership responsibility
• Enjoyment of independent outpatient work
• Strong communication skills, sense of responsibility and empathetic interaction with families
