Finance and Controlling Specialist (m/f/d) 80-100%
Your area of responsibility
- Managing accounts receivable, accounts payable and financial accounting
- Managing open items including dunning
- Processing payroll including shift work
- Preparing monthly and annual financial statements and reporting
- Reconciling & preparing VAT returns
- Planning and monitoring liquidity (weekly and rolling)
- Supporting the forecast process
- Analysing key figures and reporting to management
- Developing KPIs for corporate management
Your profile
- Mandatory federal diploma in finance and accounting or a business degree or comparable qualification
- Several years of practical professional experience in finance
- Several years of professional experience in an SME, ideally in a similar role
- Hands-on mentality
- Team player with an eye for the big picture
- Strong analytical skills
- Fluent German, good English skills and French skills are an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Structured, independent and reliable working style
- Enjoyment of responsibility, accuracy and process optimisation
- Entrepreneurial thinking with an eye for efficiency and quality
