We are looking for you as a Team Leader: Dispatch (m/f/d) for TRANSA Spedition GmbH at the Bad Lauterberg location in the Harz region as soon as possible. Your tasks:

• Ensuring the smooth, timely, and economical dispatch of orders, vehicles, and technical aids in compliance with legal regulations
• You are also responsible for managing the dispatch of truck traffic in the area of partial and full loads
• You are responsible for managing dispatch as well as handling customer orders and project business. Good communication with companies and customers is important to you
• Preparing quotations in compliance with quality guidelines is important to you. You ensure monitoring and securing order-compliant service delivery
• You are responsible for monitoring and analysing KPIs and ensuring the continuous improvement process
• You have successfully completed commercial vocational training, preferably as a freight forwarding and logistics services merchant
• You can already demonstrate several years of experience in a comparable position
• You are proficient with common software applications such as MS Office, software systems, and internet platforms and also have good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
• You are characterised by an independent, structured way of working and a high quality orientation. You are keen to question and rethink processes
• Negotiation skills, staff management, and your excellent geographical knowledge complete your profile
