Who are we?
The Justice of the Peace is the Authority for the protection of children and adults. As such, it acts on request or ex officio. At the end of the investigation, a decision is made whether or not to establish a protection measure. The Justice of the Peace also has jurisdiction in inheritance matters and in the area of bans.

Your tasks
- Draft judicial decisions in the following areas: adult and child protection law, inheritance law and bans
- Participate in Justice of the Peace hearings with consultative voice
Desired profile
- Law degree/Master and/or bar certificate
- Interest in civil law and particularly in child and adult protection law
- Stress resistance and good writing skills
- Proficiency in the Tribuna programme, an asset
- Knowledge of court organisation, an asset
- Excellent command of the French language
