Electrical Installer WAN/LAN/Fibre 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for you as an ICT technician for the Greater Zurich area. You are responsible for supporting customers, POP sites, COs and Swisscom infrastructures in the field of connectivity and core. Your tasks include:

• Network installations, troubleshooting, measurements and fault analyses for WAN, LAN, fibre and wireless technologies

• Deployments at CO sites, data centres and critical infrastructures

• Commissioning, configurations and resolving complex faults

• Participation in projects such as ngBAC migrations, TITAN circuits, Managed Rack or government projects

• NOH deployments in the evening, at night and at weekends

• Work with transport & access infrastructure, core networks, routing and switching

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as an electrical installer EFZ, assembly electrician EFZ or ICT technician (vocational or further education qualification)

• Sound knowledge of WAN, LAN, fibre and wireless technologies

• Experience with connectivity rollouts and core networks

• Ideally experience with ngBAC migrations and TITAN circuits

• Willingness to work in the evening, at night and at weekends

• Independent and solution-oriented working style

• Teamwork skills and customer orientation
