ICT Voice & Communication Engineer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Operation and further development of modern voice, unified communications, and communication platforms.
Handling complex 2nd-level requests as well as coordination with 3rd-level support and external partners.
Administration and troubleshooting of Microsoft Teams Phone, SBCs, and other communication solutions.
Participation in network, migration, integration, and infrastructure projects as well as planning maintenance work.
Monitoring systems, technical documentation, and continuous improvement of stability, security, and service quality.
Qualifications:
Training as an IT specialist, telematics technician, electrician, media technician, or comparable technical qualification.
Practical experience with telephony, voice, unified communications, or network infrastructures.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Teams Phone and ideally AudioCodes SBC; experience with Cisco or Fortinet is a plus.
Interest in modern communication platforms and their integration into existing IT environments.
Independent and reliable working style, good communication skills, very good German and good English skills; willingness for on-call duty and driving licence category B.
