Specialist AVOR Maintenance

Our client – a leading company in the field of modern infrastructure and mobility – is looking to strengthen the team in technical maintenance. In this key role, you shape the quality, reliability, and further development of technical systems at various maintenance and service locations in the region.

Your main tasks

You maintain and optimise master data structures (technical objects, maintenance plans, etc.) and collect relevant information directly on site at the locations Olten, Biel, and Wiler.

You create new technical locations including documentation, develop practical maintenance instructions/plans, and manage these punctually in SAP.

In close cooperation with the maintenance teams on site, production control, and production, you drive the continuous improvement of maintenance processes.

You obtain quotes for external services, evaluate them, and prepare contracts for external services.

You ensure the currency of system documentation in the DMS.

You actively contribute to the community to further develop internal standards and help shape your own working environment.

• Technical basic training with successfully completed further education at the Higher Technical School (HF) level or an equivalent higher vocational education.
• At least 2 years of experience in plant maintenance or technical facility management (tFM).
• Very good user knowledge of SAP PM and DMS as well as proficient use of MS Office 365.
• Good knowledge of relevant guidelines and standards in the maintenance sector.
• German at native level (C2); good oral skills in French (approx. B1).
• Analytical thinking, high self-motivation, as well as a structured and goal-oriented working style.
• Willingness to travel regionally (day assignments at the site plants).
