Trust Advisor with Mandate Responsibility? 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You take full responsibility for your own mandates and become the first point of contact for your clients. In doing so, you actively shape and bring fresh ideas into established structures.

Your main tasks:

• Comprehensive advice to your clients on all business management, tax and employment law issues

• Independent preparation of annual and interim financial statements as well as all tax returns

• Processing of payroll accounting, VAT returns and social security declarations

• Active involvement in exciting digitalisation and optimisation projects

You do not simply complete tasks, but think along, question processes and develop smart solutions that create real added value.

What do I need to be successful?

You bring sound expertise and the will to drive things forward rather than just manage them.

What sets you apart:

• Completed further training as a trustee with a federal diploma or as a specialist in finance and accounting

• Several years of practical experience in the fiduciary sector or accounting, ideally with mandate responsibility

• Strong digital understanding and genuine enthusiasm for new technologies and AI applications

• Confident handling of common accounting tools and affinity for Excel
