What you will do

• As a Technical Team Lead, you will work together with our project managers, designers, as well as front- and backend professionals to develop top-class software solutions
• Based on designs and client requirements, you will develop new, fully functional software applications
• You will use state-of-the-art technologies and tools to realize demanding client projects across various industries
• You will support interdisciplinary developer teams as a coach and leader
• You will assist the consulting and sales teams with proposals, client meetings, and workshops
• You will actively participate in client projects, the development of the overall solution, and quality assurance
• You will contribute creative ideas and help advance our expertise

What you bring professionally

• You have a completed degree, preferably in Computer Sciences
• You have at least 5 years of experience in software development
• You are very familiar with backend technologies, preferably Java, Spring Boot, or .NET
• You understand software architectures including database design and REST interfaces
• You have had contact with CI/CD and DevOps
• You have already gained experience as a team lead and are able to lead by example to motivate your team
• Experience with frontend technologies (e.g., Angular, React) or mobile technologies (e.g., iOS, Android, React Native, Flutter) is an advantage
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is also a plus

• You possess excellent analytical and technical skills and can communicate with stakeholders from business and IT on equal footing
• You speak fluent German and English (at least level C1), French is a plus
• You are a strong team player but also enjoy working independently
