Your Tasks:
- Contacting and acquiring new customers
- Optimising the customer portfolio, identifying sales opportunities
- Conducting needs analyses and selling products
- Expanding customer relationships
- Completed basic training advantageous (commercial clerk or retail specialist or similar)
- Previous professional experience in customer consulting / customer service / client support
- Very good Swiss German and French skills (mandatory)
- Communicative, persuasive and organised personality with drive
- Service provider willing to go the "extra mile"
- Proficient use of PC & IT
- Responsible role where you can apply your language skills daily
- Intensive induction

- Working hours Monday to Friday between 08:30 - 19:30
