About the job

The city police, with over 250 employees, is committed to a safe and trustworthy Winterthur. To complement our Education & Personnel Development team, we are looking for a motivated personnel developer to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your Tasks

You are responsible for designing concepts to promote junior, specialist, and management staff
You advise managers and employees in the area of personnel development
You accompany and support our employees in their personal and professional development from the start of their careers
You participate in HR projects to optimise processes
You ensure the controlling of personnel development measures

Your Profile

Higher education or completed degree in HR, psychology, or pedagogy
Several years of professional experience in a similar role (experience in emergency services is an advantage)
Extensive knowledge in future-oriented and sustainable personnel development
Independent, responsible, and solution-oriented working style
