Your task
- Setting up, programming, and monitoring injection moulding machines to ensure smooth production
- Systematic approach to tool sampling and support, commissioning, and acceptance of new systems
- Changing injection moulding tools and performing maintenance work to ensure production efficiency
- Adjusting process parameters to improve product quality and minimise waste
- Checking manufactured parts for dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and material properties to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Identifying and rectifying production errors and machine malfunctions
- Preparing and drying plastics as well as ensuring correct material supply to the machines
- Maintaining production logs and reports to support traceability and continuous process improvement

Your profile
- Completed training as a plastics technologist or a comparable technical qualification with a focus on injection moulding processes
- Several years of professional experience in operating and setting injection moulding machines as well as sound knowledge of plastics and injection moulding processes
- Strong technical understanding and the ability to analyse and effectively resolve process issues
- Good teamwork, reliability, and an independent working style in a dynamic production environment
