For our client, an innovative biotechnology company in Switzerland specializing in bioanalytical method development and validation services, we are seeking a talented Bioanalytical Scientist (m/f/d). This forward-thinking organization is renowned for its expertise in immunoassays, LC-MS/MS technologies, and GMP-compliant analytical solutions, serving leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies across all stages of drug development.

Your Mission
- Drive bioanalytical method innovation by developing, optimizing, and validating immunoassays, ELISA protocols, and advanced analytical techniques
- Lead cross-functional project initiatives from initial setup through GMP validation, ensuring seamless method transfer and implementation
- Create comprehensive scientific documentation including SOPs, validation protocols, technical reports, and regulatory compliance materials
- Foster collaborative partnerships with project managers, QA teams, customers, and suppliers to ensure project excellence and timeline adherence
- Coordinate routine testing operations including assay planning, GMP-compliant data review, inventory management, and analyst training programs
- Provide hands-on laboratory support when critical project milestones require direct technical intervention
- Maintain laboratory equipment excellence through qualification protocols, preventive maintenance, and continuous operational readiness
Your Scientific Profile
- Master's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related life sciences discipline
- Proven hands-on expertise with immunoassays, particularly ELISA methodologies and applications
- Advanced knowledge of enzymatic assays, Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR), Cell-Based Bioassays (CBBA), or gel electrophoresis techniques preferred
- Comprehensive GMP understanding with practical experience in method development, validation processes, and regulatory guidelines (ICH, USP)
- Statistical analysis proficiency using JMP, PLA, or similar data analysis software platforms is advantageous
- Exceptional scientific writing abilities combined with strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills for cross-functional team environments
