For a residential home in Stein am Rhein focusing on seniors, we are looking for a proactive, motivated and flexible individual who enjoys organising independently. As a Concierge, you will welcome the residents, coordinate their concerns and present the available apartments to interested parties. The working hours are Monday to Friday afternoons for around 3-4 hours.

Tasks
- Care and reception of residents
- Contact person for all matters concerning the house
- Organisation and coordination of various services (such as repair orders, game afternoons, walks, etc.)
- Show available apartments to interested parties and present the house
Requirements
- Representative appearance, positive attitude
- Very good knowledge of German
- Courteous communication
- Hands-on mentality
- Enjoy presenting available apartments to interested parties
