- Degree in HRM, Business, or related field required; HR certifications preferred.
- Strong leadership experience in HR-Services or Shared-Services
- In-depth knowledge of payroll, labor law, and HR-IT systems.

Your role with us
- Management of the HR Services area including payroll, personnel administration, and HR reception
- Responsibility for accurate payroll accounting, HR controlling, and reporting
- Further development of HR processes, systems, and digital tools
- Leadership of projects in HR administration, payroll, and HR IT
- Ensuring governance, compliance, and excellent service delivery
This is how you convince us
- Completed studies (FH/University) with a focus on HRM, business administration, or comparable
- Relevant HR further education in Switzerland (e.g., HR specialist certificate, HR manager NDS, CAS Payroll / Social Insurance)
- Several years of leadership experience in the HR services or shared services environment
- Solid knowledge in payroll, labor and social insurance law, and HR IT systems, ideally P&I LogaHR as well as SAP R/3
- Strategic thinking, service orientation, and competent team leadership
