• You advise and serve our customers in the sales shop, equip them for their next mountain adventure and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• You take care of order, presentation and management of the goods.
• You learn to accept and process repair and service orders and communicate in a customer-oriented manner in demanding situations.
• You work closely with other areas in the company and ensure smooth information flow across all channels.
• You inform yourself about current products, services and trends in the industry and integrate your findings into your daily work.

• You enjoy working with people, are sociable and upbeat.
• Responsibility and independent work are among your strengths. But you also like working in a team.
• You are interested in mountain sports or enjoy practising them.
• The school requirements for the three-year training as a retail specialist are a good school leaving certificate, good German skills and good knowledge of another foreign language, preferably English or French.
