Project Manager Metal Construction - Façade Construction

You take on exciting façade projects – from takeover to handover – keeping an eye on deadlines, budget and quality. You coordinate with architects, general contractors and planners and are the contact person everyone can rely on.

Your tasks

• Project management from the sold order to handover – responsible for deadlines, costs and quality

• Clarifications and optimisations in construction, material selection as well as workshop, transport and assembly processes in cooperation with partners

• Negotiations and control with suppliers, including ongoing contract monitoring and preparation of supplementary offers

• Site acceptance and preparation of the final invoice

Your profile

• Completed training as a metal construction draughtsperson EFZ or metalworker EFZ, ideally with further training or experience in project management

• Strong organisational skills, team player, flexible and confident in negotiations

• Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment in implementing ideas
