Task
In M&A we advise our national and international clients from various industries on the purchase or sale of companies. Apply your theoretical knowledge from your studies in practice and gain an exciting insight into the daily work of our M&A consultants.
How you contribute to KPMG
- Participate in transactions in the M&A sector for medium-sized companies in Switzerland
- Assist in analysing and preparing market and company information
- Support the M&A team in creating valuation and financial models
- Prepare client meetings and create presentations and process documentation
- Support our project managers in their daily tasks
Why you will be successful
- You are studying at least in the 5th semester of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, ideally with a focus on Accounting or Finance
- Ideally, you have already gained practical experience in Financial Accounting, M&A or management consulting
- You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Your strong analytical skills distinguish you
- You are fluent in German and English
