You are part of our Invoice Automation team and act as a technical partner for our customers. Together, we ensure that the Arcplace solutions are optimally adapted to the needs of our customers, run smoothly, and are continuously developed. You convince with your technical know-how, your service orientation, and your sense for process optimizations.
This is what you will do with us- You recognize customer needs and identify suitable solutions.
- You configure our software solutions in the area of Invoice Automation.
- You participate in projects, implement change requests, and take care of tickets as an all-rounder.
- Advising customers regarding process optimizations, integration, and technical possibilities is your responsibility.
- You work closely with the team and actively contribute to our know-how exchanges.
- You regularly support our sales team: you create effort estimates, answer customer inquiries, and take over technical consulting.
- You work in a structured manner and prioritizing open tasks is easy for you.
- You are service-oriented, helpful, and have a good amount of patience.
- You think along, proactively approach customers and employees, and work independently.
- You have basic technical knowledge in application and interface development. Ideally, you are familiar with web APIs (REST, SOAP or similar), data mapping/transformation (XML/SXLT, JSON), as well as common scripting languages and are comfortable with databases (SQL). SAP knowledge is also an advantage.
- You have completed training or further education in (business) informatics and ideally have experience in process automation as well as in the financial sector.
- Professional communication (written and spoken) in German and English is a matter of course for you. French is an advantage.
