Health Specialist as Lead Trainer 80 - 100%
Your Tasks
- You are responsible as lead trainer for the training of FaGe and AGS apprentices and receive corresponding administrative time (office days)
- You contribute your expertise and nursing experience to our operation
- You share responsibility for a smooth process, high-quality care and support of our residents, as well as a respectful interaction with team colleagues
- You see taking on daily responsibility and regular collaboration with doctors as a challenge
- Timely and accurate documentation and planning (careCoach) is important to you
What You Bring
- Training as a Health Specialist and professional experience
- Trainer course certificate with relevant experience
- You are committed and motivated in the nursing profession and enjoy passing on your knowledge
- Empathetic support of residents is as natural to you as effective work organisation and respectful teamwork
- Your positive attitude actively contributes to a workplace culture where residents feel comfortable
