Learning content during your apprenticeship:
- Acquire extensive professional knowledge in manual and machine metalworking
- Assemble individual components and entire assemblies
- Basics of control technology (pneumatics, hydraulics, PLC)
- Construction of pneumatic, electropneumatic and hydraulic circuits and controls
- Learn basics in the field of electrical engineering
- Carry out quality assurance measures
- Basics of CAD drawing creation
- Programming and setting up our CNC machines
- Effectively manage work planning and workflow
- Manufacture, maintain and repair production machines

Possible areas of deployment as an industrial mechanic after completing the apprenticeship:
- Skilled worker in the production departments (setting up and supervising production facilities)
- Employee in internal service (maintenance, repairs and upkeep of our production and manufacturing facilities)
- Skilled worker in our special machine construction
- Quality assurance (with additional training)
Possible qualification paths after completing the apprenticeship:
- Achieving the intermediate school leaving certificate with a vocational qualification of 2.5 or better
- Further qualification in the areas of quality (quality specialist / quality manager)
- Master craftsman, technician or technical business administrator
