The Reformed Church Rümlang has around 1,500 members. We want to address people in the village and region personally and credibly and connect them with our church community.
Your area of responsibility:
- You build and maintain relationships with people of different generations.
- You actively approach people in the village and region, network them and invite them to the church community.
- You develop new offers and projects and implement them.
- You design church events to be family-friendly and intergenerational.
- You represent the Christian faith in a life-related, open and credible manner and pass it on.
- You recruit and support volunteers.
- You take responsibility for planning, implementation and budget in your area.
What you bring:
- You are open, warm and sociable and have a host’s heart.
- You enjoy working with different generations.
- You are creative, show initiative and enjoy building new things.
- You work independently, in a structured and responsible way.
- You enjoy working with employees and volunteers in a team.
