Task:
In this central management role, you act as a link between the doctors, the secretariat management and the employees and actively contribute to the design of new structures. With your passion for operational activities, you ensure smooth routine operations and work actively in day-to-day business together with the radiology specialists. As a leader, you motivate and develop the radiology specialist staff through targeted coaching and sustainable support. With efficient personnel deployment planning, optimised workflows and clear communication channels, you ensure a smooth daily process. You take responsibility for radiation protection and ensure the highest standards. You guarantee the complete and correct recording of all services and ensure their approval. With your pronounced conceptual and organisational skills, you play a key role in the planning, procurement and implementation of new equipment.
Requirements:
You are a certified radiology specialist HF or have an equivalent diploma recognised by the SRK. In addition, you have completed leadership training and have several years of experience in a management position. You bring sound knowledge of the Swiss Radiation Protection Act and have a good technical understanding of IT systems. Your very good German language skills, both spoken and written, enable smooth communication. Your responsible, flexible and resilient personality, combined with a high degree of discretion, rounds off your profile.
