The Weinfelden Senior Center specializes in the care of senior citizens. In total, we have 109 places in the nursing area and 20 senior apartments, which can be provided with in-house Spitex services if needed. We also operate a hospice apartment and are certified in palliative care. Appreciation, empathy, and professionalism for the well-being of our residents – passion for us in care and support.
We are looking for a
Deputy Team Leader (50%)
(Certified Nurse HF/FH/DNII/AKP/PsyKP/DNI)
Main tasks
- Ensuring high-quality care and support in changing situations during the night
- Taking over care and support of residents at night
- Assuming responsibility during the night shift
- Placeholder function for the team leader role: in the absence of the team leader, the certified nurse assumes more responsibility according to the deputy team leader function diagram
- Compliance with legal and operational hygiene regulations
Requirements
- Training as a certified nurse HF, FH, DN II, AKP, or PsyKP, DNI
- Experience in long-term care if possible
- Leadership training and experience (if possible)
- Flexibility, resilience, initiative, and flair for organizational tasks
- Openness, trust, and appreciative interaction
- Joy in the profession and a good sense of humor
- Adherence to processes and structures within a team
- Very high quality awareness
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
