Mandate Manager Accounting (m/f/d)
Role:
In this role, you will take on a versatile and varied position in the areas of fiduciary services, tax consulting, legal advice, and business consulting. You will work with a high degree of independence and personal responsibility, assume mandate responsibility, and shape your working day with individual freedoms. Your workload of 80% to 100% is combined with flexible working hours. Responsibilities:
- You independently advise and support national and international clients in business and legal matters
- In this role, you manage financial, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll accounting and prepare annual financial statements as well as VAT returns
- As an accountant with mandate responsibility, you support clients with business start-ups and closures as well as in all tax and social security matters
- You maintain existing client relationships, actively support the development and expansion of new business relationships, and recognise client needs
- In this role, you take on additional areas of responsibility and internal projects
- As an accountant with mandate responsibility, you supervise the work of clerical staff and promote them through training
Qualifications:
- You have initial or several years of professional experience in finance and accounting with independent client support and mandate management of SMEs and private individuals and hold at least a professional certificate in finance and accounting or an equivalent qualification or are currently in training and will complete it soon
- You have a flair for numbers, business contexts, as well as analytical and interconnected thinking and enjoy advising and dealing with clients
- You work with accuracy, reliability, resilience, and flexibility
- You are accustomed to both independent work and teamwork
- You are characterised by a high level of commitment, entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, as well as a swift and structured working style and are motivated to learn new things daily and apply what you have learned
- You present yourself convincingly and confidently, express yourself in fluent German as your mother tongue, and are proficient in common MS Office and accounting programmes
