Responsibilities

• Independent management of the construction project from the start phase to commissioning and handover
  
• Coordination of specialists, suppliers, authorities as well as external companies; you are the contact person for craftsmen and other involved parties
  
• Control over the quality, total costs and deadlines of the various construction projects

Requirements

• Completed training as a structural draughtsperson
  
• Professional experience in structural engineering (industrial construction an advantage)
  
• Proficient use of MS Office, ArchiCAD and Messerli BAUAD
  
• Experience in project management as well as expertise in Swiss construction laws
  
• Good knowledge of German completes your profile
  
• Team-oriented, determined, flexible and responsible personality
  
• Assertiveness, leadership experience and communication skills
  
• Independent, reliable and precise working style
